Requirements of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08
The DRI 2015 system allows you to monitor the quantity of elemental and organic carbon (EC/OC) in diesel engine exhaust gases.
DRI 2015 follows the reference method for the determination of American elemental carbon NIOSH 5040 2003 which describes both the sampling and analysis methods. At a technical level, there remains the need to make the method sufficiently performing to be able to obtain valid results for the purposes of comparison with the professional exposure limit which appears to be relatively low.
DRI 2015 allows you to determine in a simple and reliable way the monitoring of elemental and organic carbon in atmospheric particles collected on filters. This instrument is recognized as one of the most widely used and reliable OC/EC analysis systems on the market.
DRI 2015 uses an innovative thermo-optical method that exploits both transmission and reflection optical correction. The analyzer features a precisely regulated, automated gas flow control system, along with highly sensitive detection options that ensure highly accurate analysis results.
The DRI2015 analyzer complies with all internationally accepted protocols, such as NIOSH S040, EU EN 16909:2017, USEPA VARIANT and IMPROVE A, and can also incorporate custom protocols.
