REQUEST: relocate a system without affecting the functions and the leaktightness ensuring an optimal reduction of qualification time and downtime. The customer is requesting to avoid any work on the building so the need is to transport everything through regular doors, about 2,2 meters height.
PROBLEM: isolator weights about 700 kg and the height is about 3 meters,
The system is not equipped with any point to lift it with lifting devices and lifting it as it is would damage or deform it affectign the lektighness.

The system leaktight chamber must be kept assembled as this would affect the leaktightness and increase the time need for qualification and increase downtime.
SOLUTION: dissasemble the system in two part in order to move it throught doors and corridors.
The system is disassembled in two parts only using a dedicated tool designed and produced by Nordtest.
All the steps have been followed by Nordtest technical service and all work has been carried out in accordance with customer needs, from the qualification as found to the qualification after relocation.
