miniAV-LT Low Temperature Automatic Viscometer

Description

Affordable Sub-Zero D445 Automation

The miniAV-LT is designed as an affordable sub-zero alternative to traditional labor-intensive manual Kinematic Viscosity measurement methods of low temperature viscosity.
Occupying roughly the same footprint as an analytical balance, the miniAV-LT automates the time-consuming sample loading/temperature equilibration, timing and viscometer tube washing associated with the manual ASTM D445 method.
The miniAV-LT is built on the rugged and well-tested miniAV platform an instrument which has redefined affordability and performance in bench-level auto viscometer technology.

Operation:
Dopo aver inserito i dati identificativi del campione, il coinvolgimento dell’operatore termina premendo Start.
Operation of the miniAV-LT is simple. The user fills the sample vial with 6 mL of test sample, places the vial in the holder beneath the viscometer, and raises it into position.
Upon entering the sample ID and clicking Run, the operator involvement ends and the automatic miniAV-LT takes over processing of the sample through temperature equilibration, flow time initiation and determination, viscometer cleaning and drying.
After the flow time determination, the KinVis data is automatically calculated by the miniAV-LT's powerful VISCPRO software, ready for QC reporting via hard copy or e-data transfer.
